BMW Mobile Service.

Mobile Service is one element of our commitment to offering innovative and industry leading products and services. It is a unique service available only to owners of BMW cars which are within 10 years from their date of registration and sold by PML. We all take the mobility of our cars for granted. However, suffering from a puncture, an electrical problem, an empty tank or missing keys can be costly and inconvenient. That is why PML has developed its unique roadside assistance plan – Mobile Service, to offer you an extensive range of benefits available in Singapore and Peninsular Malaysia that are designed to afford assistance and protection to you, your passengers and your BMW in the event of a motoring emergency.

In order to implement the extensive coverage of benefits offered, Performance Motors has engaged Mondial Assistance to operate and administer Mobile Service. Consequently, all qualifying BMW owners have access to a Mobile Service Centre that is manned by experienced multilingual staff, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and that covers you while driving in Singapore as well as Peninsular Malaysia.

Mobile Service will offer you all possible assistance under the terms of service. In the event of roadside assistance whereby specific repair needs to be carried out, Mobile Service will offer to take you to the nearest BMW Service Centre. Here, you can be assured that only BMW approved parts and materials will be used and fitted by fully-trained BMW technicians.
