One press of the button is all it takes, and the electric roof of the BMW 1 Series Convertible opens fully automatically in just a few seconds – even at speeds of up to 50 km/h. And if the weather should suddenly change its mind, you can protect yourself from the cold and rain just as quickly. Even disturbing road noises from outside are kept at bay. In winter the extremely tough roof material and reinforced heated rear windscreen provide particularly effective protection against low temperatures.
